International Business Strategy explores some of the central strategic questions firms face in a globally integrated economy, and the organizational and managerial challenges of implementing different international strategies. We will focus on both how globalization affects the strategic management of organizations, and what you as managers need to do to compete successfully in the international environment. This course combines theory and practical cases, using a wide range of international business situations across a variety of regions and industrial sectors to stimulate discussion. PREREQUISITE This course is restricted to students enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of the Commerce Program.
