Provides students with an opportunity to gain practical development experience or to conduct field research under the guidance of a Fudan instructor. For the Work Placement, Queen’s students are paired with Fudan students and then linked to a development organization working in Shanghai. For the Research Project, Queen’s students are paired with Fudan counterparts and undertake research on an important development theme, submit a written paper and do a class presentation.
